PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES
Orders typically process within 2-3 business days.
During high volume periods, including launches and restocks, order processing, fulfillment, and carrier scan timelines may take longer than usual due to elevated shipment volume throughout our warehouse and carrier network.
Orders placed after 1pm EST are processed the next business day.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or Canadian public holidays.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
While we make every effort to fulfill all orders as placed, certain items may become unavailable due to inventory discrepancies, damage, or unforeseen fulfillment issues. In these rare cases, the affected item(s) will be automatically refunded to the original payment method and removed from the order prior to shipment.
CANADA SHIPPING
Standard shipping is $12 CAD.
Shipping is free on orders over $275 CAD before taxes and discounts.
Shipping to NWT, Yukon, and Nunavut is $20 CAD.
Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days after shipment, however delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
US SHIPPING
Standard shipping is $20 USD.
Duties and taxes are collected at checkout, with no additional charges on delivery.
Duties, tariffs, taxes, customs fees, and import charges are determined by carriers and local government authorities and are non-refundable once assessed.
Heated Rivalry is not responsible for carrier or government import charges applied after checkout.
Orders typically arrive within 7-10 business days after shipment, however delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
ORDER CHANGES & COMBINING ORDERS
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed and typically cannot be modified, combined, or merged.
If multiple orders are placed, they will be processed and shipped separately.
ORDER TRACKING
Tracking information is sent by email once your order ships.
Updates may take 24-48 hours to appear.
Carrier tracking updates may occasionally be delayed during high volume shipping periods.
DELIVERY ISSUES & CARRIER DELAYS
If your tracking shows delivered, please allow up to 4 business days for final delivery, as carriers may occasionally scan shipments before final placement.
If you are unable to locate your package, please first check around the delivery location, with neighbours, parcel lockers, household members, front desk staff, or building management where applicable.
If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, please contact info@heatedrivalry.com and we will review the shipment status with the carrier where applicable.
Once a shipment has been transferred to and scanned into the carrier network, tracking visibility available to our team is generally limited to the same carrier tracking information visible to the customer through the provided tracking link.
For shipment delays, delivery timing concerns, delivery rescheduling, delivery instructions, hold requests, carrier access issues, or real-time transit updates after carrier acceptance, customers may be required to contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided, as carriers maintain operational control over shipments once they enter the carrier network.
Packages marked as delivered are the responsibility of the carrier. For suspected theft, misdelivery, or delivery disputes after confirmed delivery, customers may be required to file a claim or investigation directly with the carrier.
Due to the limited nature of certain products, replacement inventory may not be available during carrier investigations, delivery disputes, or transit delays.
Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier operations, customs processing, weather conditions, inventory replenishment delays, high shipment volume, or peak shipping periods.
RETURNED TO SENDER & FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Packages returned to sender due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect or incomplete addresses, refusal of delivery, carrier access issues, package forwarding services, or unclaimed shipments are not eligible for reshipment.
Once a returned shipment is received back by our warehouse, the order will be refunded to the original payment method, excluding any non-refundable duties, taxes, shipping charges, or carrier fees where applicable.
Returned shipments are not held for manual re-delivery or reshipment requests. If inventory remains available, a new order must be placed separately through the website.
ADDRESS UPDATES
Orders begin processing as soon as they are placed and typically cannot be modified.
Once shipped, address changes must be requested directly with the carrier.
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.
